1. Company Information

This website Bamboo Soul (the “Website”) is operated by Lanka Venture Solutions (PVT) LTD, a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Sri Lanka (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the following policies, which form an integral part hereof:

3. Products & Handmade Disclaimer

The Company offers handcrafted furniture, home décor, and interior products made from natural materials, including natural rattan and teak wood.

Due to the handmade and natural nature of the products:

- variations in color, texture, dimensions, weight, finish, and weaving are inherent;

- such variations shall not be considered defects and shall not constitute grounds for return or refund.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by the Company.

A legally binding contract is formed only upon:

- successful payment; and

- issuance of an order confirmation by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the Website:

- exclude shipping fees unless explicitly stated;

- exclude customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar governmental charges.

The customer bears full responsibility for:

- currency conversion fees;

- bank or payment provider charges.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, delivery timelines, risk transfer, customs obligations, and delivery limitations are governed exclusively by the Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, eligibility criteria, inspection procedures, and customer obligations are governed exclusively by the Return & Refund Policy.

No return or refund shall be granted outside the conditions expressly stated therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
